                The header menu and the footer gained an Insights destination
                on every page. That is shared chrome, so per the 2026-08-24
                rule it moves no lastmod by itself, and the twenty pages whose
                only change is that link keep their dates.

    2026-08-29  credibility and proof pass. /about/ is a NEW route: the
                About navigation item previously pointed at the homepage
                #founder anchor, which is not an About page. Every header and
                footer About link now resolves to /about/. /work/fullstop-bars/
                moves because Fullstop Bars launched: its status, metadata,
                structured data, disclosure, captions and status block change
                from pre-launch to live at fullstopbars.co.za. The homepage
                moves for the Fullstop and Bonelo status labels, the process
                section heading and a link into /about/; /work/ moves for the
                Fullstop status label. /404.html is a new document and is
                deliberately absent from this file: it is noindex.

    2026-08-29  sitewide simplification pass (repetition and hierarchy, no
                URL, title, meta or H1 changes). Nine pages changed
                substantively and move: the homepage (business-problem and
                journey sections halved, packages and pricing merged under
                #pricing, review section shortened, founder reasons grid and
                five FAQs removed), /services/ (overview rail, Why WeDevelop
                and per-panel review links removed, partnership ladder
                compressed to a summary, Bonelo evidence replaced by a
                Vortex-led proof strip), and the seven service pages (review
                checklist panels reduced to one line + CTA, related services
                cut to two, duplicated taxonomies and process/cycle
                renderings merged, FAQs capped). /website-review/ lost a
                single repeated reassurance sentence, which is not a
                substantive change, so it keeps its date.

                Later the same day, the approved positioning update landed:
                the homepage hero, social metadata and Organization
                description now carry "We build the digital side of your
                business." (homepage lastmod already sits on 2026-08-29).
                The footer tagline changed on every page, which is shared
                chrome and moves no lastmod by itself; the /work/ hub only
                changed its og:image:alt wording, which is not substantive.

    2026-08-28  the six-pillar service architecture (founder decision,
                28 August 2026). Three new routes - /services/ai-agents/,
                /services/custom-business-systems/ and
                /services/ongoing-growth-support/ - enter with today's date.
                Six existing pages changed substantively and move: the
                homepage (six-pillar capabilities overview - first a rail,
                replaced the same day by a static grid; package renamed to
                Custom Business System Project, metadata), /services/ (hero,
                six-lane decision engine, ongoing partnership ladder,
                supporting-capabilities band), /services/search/ (pillar
                label Search & AI Visibility, scoped Ongoing Growth & Support
                link in the Google Business section), /services/ai-automation/
                (pillar label Automation & Integrations, the AI-agents
                distinction, cross-links), and the design and redesign pages
                (a reworded related-services block each, now three routes
                out).

                The header menu and the footer grew from five service
                destinations to eight on every page. That is shared chrome,
                so per the 2026-08-24 rule it moves no lastmod by itself -
                the ten pages whose only change is the menu and footer keep
                their dates.

    2026-08-27  /services/website-design/ - repositioned from "Website Design"
                to website design and development on Search Console evidence.
                Title, description, OG/Twitter, Service and WebPage JSON-LD,
                breadcrumb, eyebrow, H1, hero copy, the deliverables heading
                and its development group, and four new FAQ entries. The URL,
                the page structure and the separation from
                /services/website-redesign/ are unchanged.

                Five other pages received a single contextual anchor rewording
                each - the homepage capability card, /services/,
                /services/search/, /services/website-redesign/ and the Vortex
                and Pedregal case studies. Page-specific, but a few words of
                link text is not a substantive change to those documents, so
                their lastmod values stay where they are. Only the page whose
                content actually changed moves.
