Our work

Real projects. Shown honestly.

Every project below is a real WeDevelop build, shown with real screenshots and its actual status. If a site is live, we say so. If a build is complete but not yet on its final domain, we say that too. Each page explains the problem, the decisions, and what was shipped — without claiming results we have not measured.

Projects

  • The Fullstop Bars homepage: the circular Fullstop Bars mark over photography of a bartender pouring at an event, with a Chat on WhatsApp action
    Client website · Live

    Fullstop Bars

Event hospitality and mobile bars · A conversion journey that ends in WhatsApp

    Problem
Event organisers buy bar services on trust, under time pressure, and want a conversation rather than a brochure.
    Improvement
One continuous argument from real photography to a four-step process, with a WhatsApp action one tap away at every scroll position.

  • The Pedregal Property Group homepage: the headline Property. Strategy. Development. beside photography of a modern glass office building
    Client website · Pre-launch

    Pedregal Property Group

Property investment, development and advisory · Positioning turned into structure

    Problem
Five property disciplines that read as five disconnected departments, leaving the visitor to work out which one they needed.
    Improvement
One four-stage property lifecycle became the proposition, the page structure and the way every service is found.

  • The Secret Service Bar Solutions homepage: the serif headline Exceptional Bars. Impeccably Executed. over photography of a bartender finishing a drink
    Client website · Pre-launch

    Secret Service Bar Solutions

Premium bar and beverage solutions · Service choreography within an existing brand

    Problem
A premium bar operation that is easy to oversell and hard to make credible to corporate, brand and private buyers at once.
    Improvement
A restrained single page sequenced like the service itself, from a six-step process to Start the Brief on WhatsApp.

  • The Bonelo website and product interface shown across desktop and mobile layouts, with the Bonelo wordmark and the headline Make kindness visible
    Case Study · WeDevelop venture

    Bonelo

Social generosity platform · Product, brand and website for one venture

    Problem
A generosity platform idea that was easy to feel and hard to explain, with no name, identity or website.
    Improvement
Product model, brand, customer journey and a public website that introduces the platform before it is built.

Bonelo is a venture founded by WeDevelop’s founder, not an independent client.

How the labels work

Client website · Live
An independent client engagement, and the site is live on the client’s own production domain.
Client website · Pre-launch
An independent client engagement where the build is complete and running on a WeDevelop demo environment, but the client’s final domain is not yet live. The label changes when it is.
Case Study · WeDevelop venture
A project founded by WeDevelop’s founder rather than commissioned by a client, published because it shows the full range of our work in one place.

Screenshots are of the sites we built. Client logos, photography and testimonials visible inside them belong to the client’s site and are not presented as WeDevelop’s. No performance, traffic or commercial figures appear on any of these pages, because none have been measured for these projects.

What would this thinking find on your website?

The questions we asked of these projects are worth asking of any website. Is the proposition clear in one read? Does the visitor know what to do next? Does the page earn trust rather than claim it?

If those questions land, tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will recommend where to start. If you would rather have a written second opinion on your current site first, a free Website Review is exactly that — the changes that would make the most difference, in priority order, with no obligation.
